Landscape and architectural lighting will increase your property’s security, safety, and beauty. When were view your home or business during the consultation process, we will identify areas where lighting can enhance your outdoor space. It is a well-known fact that lighting around your home can help deter potential break-ins.
Low voltage lighting systems are more energy efficient which means drastically lower operating costs for you. They emit less heat than incandescent bulbs which is better for heat-sensitive vegetation. Low voltage systems are safer to install and have a longer life span than a 120-volt system.
Low voltage landscape lighting is extremely efficient to operate. Most of our clients operate their systems from dusk until dawn year-round (systems can be operated automatically via a timer or an app). Most systems can be operated for around ninety dollars per year.
Most systems take between one and three days to install, but every system is different. Time of installation is site dependent.
Absolutely. Our premium line will be installed with a Smart switch allowing you to control your lights from an app on your phone. You can set schedules via the app making running your lights a breeze. Our lighting systems can be integrated to the Ring app upon request. There is also an option to create zones for your lighting, allowing you to control sections of lights separately.
To ensure the longevity of your system, your lights do need to be maintained. Clean the fixtures, trim foliage around the lights, rebury exposed wires, and keep ants off the fixtures are a few important ways to maintain your system. We do offer maintenance plans as well which allows us to make a visit twice a year to maintain your system for you.
Lit Outdoor Lighting accepts cash, check, Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express. A 3% convenience fee will be added for credit card payments.
